History: 

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and persuant to the powers vested upon the President of the Philippines (Joseph Ejercito Estrada), do hereby set aside and declare Loboc-Loay-Alburquerque covering the Barangays of San Agustin, Bahi, Epo, Sta. Fe and Tagbuane consisting of a parcel of land situated in the Municipality of Alburquerque, coastal areas of Loay, riverside of Loboc, Province of Bohol as Protected Area under the category of Protected Landscape/Seascape, subject to private rights and without prejudice to the rights of the Indigenenous People as provided for in R.A. 8371, DENR Administrative Order No. 93-02 and other rules and regulations if any, as described in DENR NIPAS Map. R07-14.
