FEBRUARY 26-27,2020—CCEF conducts a 2-day business plan training for the local MPA management POs of Binoongan, Olang and Tulapos Marine Sanctuary. This activity aims to identify viable businesses for each MPA and introduce skills/ideas on planning and how to manage the business as part of their ecotourism program.
The training included activities such as business idea generation, identification of the participant’s personal entrepreneurial competency. By the end of the activity, participants were asked to create and present their own marketing plans and strategies.
