As part of the implementation of the CCEF-WCS SEAS the Future Project in Siquijor Province, Environmental and Social Safeguards Protocols have been put into account to make sure that no groups will be adversely affected.
The WCS consultancy Team together with CCEF conducted KIIs with informed consent to six learning sites and to respective partner implementors. The team also met with the different Barangay Captains of the respective sites for a short introduction and orientation about the project. The ESSF also plans to conduct an assessment for vulnerable groups and fisherfolks.
