Corporate Commitment to Conservation: Booth & Partners, CCEF, and MAD Travel joins coastal cleanup at Las Piñas-Parañaque Wetland Park

Parañaque, September 30, 2023 – Booth & Partners, in collaboration with CCEF and MAD Travel, is reinforcing its dedication to environmental conservation awareness through a 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗽 initiative at the Las Piñas Parañaque Wetland Park. This initiative follows the earlier clean-coast efforts last September 23, 2023, in Dumlog, Talisay City, Cebu, as part of their ongoing commitment to coastal conservation.

The Las Piñas Parañaque Wetland Park, a 175-hectare ecological area in Metro Manila, 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲, 𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗯𝗶𝗿𝗱𝘀. This park encompasses Long Island in Las Piñas City and Freedom Island in Parañaque City, featuring mudflats, mangroves, and essential habitats for various species. These invaluable wetlands however 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿, making immediate interventions necessary.

While Coastal Cleanup is beneficial and crucial, 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗜𝗘𝗖) 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻, 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹.
