In 1998, the Department of Agriculture (DA) conducted a site selection, followed by a survey for validation and mapping (2001). By 2002, marker buoys were established and installed on which the Community-Based Resource Management Project (CBRMP) was implemented together with the Barangay Council and the people’s organization (PO).
