




From June 19-21, 2025, CCEF conducted a Culinary Training for the people’s organization Bugas Farmers Fishermen and Livestock Owners Organization (BUFFALOO). The training was facilitated by Mr. Joselito “Boboi” Costas, a sustainable tourism expert, and Mr. Martin Gonzales Jr., a chef consultant. The training was held at Dapdap Receiving Area in Bugas, Badian, Cebu.






The three-day training aimed to equip BUFFALOO members with skills to offer safe, authentic, and sustainable food services that enhance the ecotourism experience and open up new livelihood opportunities.
