The distinguished attendees included four esteemed Mayors: ๐๐ผ๐ป. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐. ๐๐๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ผ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ, ๐๐ผ๐ป. ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ผ ๐. ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐น๐น๐ฎ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฃ๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ด๐ผ, ๐๐ผ๐ป. ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ ๐. ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฎ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐ฑ๐ผ, and the diligent ๐ฉ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป, ๐๐ผ๐ป. ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ. Joining these prominent Mayors were the capable Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Officers (๐ ๐๐ก๐ฅ๐ข๐) and Municipal Agriculturists Officers (๐ ๐๐ข๐) representing the municipalities of ๐ง๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ป, ๐ง๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฑ, and ๐ง๐๐ฏ๐ถ๐ด๐ผ๐ป.
During the meeting, the council’s commitment to the forthcoming Protected Area Suitability Biophysical Assessment, scheduled for October 16 to 23, 2023, was a significant topic of discussion.
Integral also to the meeting’s agenda was the comprehensive discussions surrounding the ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ผ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ท๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ as the officially designated ๐บ๐ผ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ for the Bohol Danajon Bank Double Barrier Reef. It is paramount to recognize that the Danajon DREAM Team, through the efforts of Bohol Provincial Environment Management Office, CCEF, and in partnership with DENR Central Visayas, has been diligently trained. These training sessions have equipped them with the skills and expertise necessary for effective monitoring and assessment of the Bohol Danajon Bank Double Barrier Reef.
Furthermore, it was announced that CCEF, together with Bohol Island State University – Candijay Campus, is in the process of being considered for membership in the council. The final approval is contingent on the passage of a resolution.
CCEF is well-prepared to make substantial contributions, ๐๐๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ-๐๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐๐.
